I define myself a green person, I pay attention and I'm conscious about my everyday choices in order to have a less impact on the environment.
I really enjoy preparing the food I'll eat and I'll be made of! and I'm passionate about natural kitchen; food is a matter of health and, nevertheless, politics.
I'm always experimenting different diets (gluten free, blood type based, vegetarian, raw vegan, Traditional Chinese Medical based, paleo) but so far I think the most various, the better, as soon as you know the origin of your food.
I love to keep my body active with long walks, jogging, yoga or better riding my mountain bike.
