I'm interested in entering the culture of the land that I'm visiting.. I love to be in contact with the roots of a population and with its own habits.

I love music, listening and above all playing! I play guitar mostly and I'm opened in discovering several instruments.. I addapt to everything! I love to have spontaneous jam sessions!
I'm interested in physical movements, I love to dance, makes exercises, climbing, swimming, juggling... I need it!
I'm interested in eat good food, I put good energies to prepare food!

Music: I listen several type of music, in order to my mood.. recently I'm listening Fabrizio de André, italian poet end singer (you should learn italian only for understand the poetical deep songs he wrote), Mercedes Sosas, classical music, south american music in general, relaxing sounds..
Books: Dance of reality, Alejandro Jodorosky; Losang Rampa... and more.. now i'm focused in Lobsang Rampa books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The last day of 2014 I've walked up to the top of the vulcano Teide, in Tenerife. It is 3718m high, on the top there's snow! It has been an amazing experience, full of strong emotions and statisfaction. It has been also hard but totally amazing to have reach the top.. and from there to have the clouds above and below, the sea under the clouds and the sky over them.. completly affascinating! An amazing landscape.. the sound of the vulcan... to be so high, almost touching the sky!

I birth a baby! One of the most incredible experience of life!
