I live in a house on the edge of a forest in a small town in northern Denmark with my dog Kalle. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outside, watching birds (bit of a bird nerd ;-)), fishing, surfing or just sitting at the beach drinking beer with my friends.
I'm a passionate chef, always searching for new dishes and experimenting constantly. I enjoy cooking for and with my friends. If you stay at my place, there will probably always be a few people around for dinner.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I experienced the most amazing moment, I had in nature, while going to a sandbank in the Wadden Sea.
It was a beautiful, cold and sunny day in autmn. The sight was awesome and the mudflats and water seemed to go on forever. In this moment a huge flock of wading birds flew directly overhead. The rustling sound of their wings blotted out all other noises.
While standing there in this vast landscape, with the birds above me, I had one moment of perfect freedom and calmness.
