I am Alvaro, from Galicia, Spain. I was told about Couchsurfing before, but my first experience was during the Erasmus in Cluj-Napoca in 2016, where we made a lot of trips around Balcans area.
This was one of the best experiences of my life and it opened my eyes. Now I am cannot wait to go on and discover new cultures, places and people.
About my personality maybe my biggest mistake is to think twice the things I do and say, but I'm working on it and maybe you can help me :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was hosted for the first time in Timisoara, Romanía. It was such a good and fulfilling experience that I decided to try it more times while traveling. I think is an amazing way to experience a city, seeing from the eyes of the local people. For me, though, what makes it so special and worthy is sharing (a place, memories, knowledge, ideas...)

I want to learn how to be happier, like everybody else :). Appart from that, I'm interested in almost everything.
I like to teach the few things I know like cooking a spanish tortilla, some geeky and engineering things, tips to make a fixie bike, improve your spanish/galego, swimming technique...
