Hi there!

It´s Dani here from Logroño a little town in La Rioja, North of Spain, you probably know about my place if you like red wine.

After living in Dublin for 6 years, I got a bit fed up of the rain and the wind so I´ve moved to Catalunya.
Falling in love of this place, the culture and the people.

I´m into sports (cycling addict, like obsessed), love my food, craft beers (I know does not match with a cyclist profile, but works out well) and travelling! Feckin love travelling! Self diagnosed with Wanderlust, always looking for new places or potential trips that I can´t do because I have a bloody job to keep me busy. But Backpacking South America is on the cards and happening sooner than later.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I don't like tourist, I like travellers. I don't like tours, I like "I do it my way". I hate resorts or luxury hotels, I like backpacking. And overall, I like spending quality time sharing experiences with other people on the same vibes ;)

So let's leave the hotels, luxury and tours for the tourist and share experiences, good time and have a laugh with travellers, more my style!

Interests

As I said, I love cycling, sports in general... I´m an outdoors person, can stay still more than one hour...

Love a good book over netflix, although I don´t say no to a good TV show or movie, it´s just that I don´t watch much tv...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

312 KMs on the bike in one go (11h, and 2 days of soreness in my arse haha).
Diving with sharks or within IIWW wreck boats.

I'm quite friendly and funny. Love telling stories and make the people around me feeling comfy, I´m quite open minded as well..

I like the feeling when you just know someone but you feel like he is a friend from a long time.
