Mehmet here, origianlly from Turkey. Lived in down in England over 10 years. Moved back to home to spend time with family.

Now i am planing to relocate to Scotland; beautiful landscapes and welcoming friendly people.

I need a place to stay while searching for a room for longer period. Therefore i decided to give a shot in here since i don't know anyone in Glasgow. Also Couchsurfing sounds perfect to make new friends in a new town who can show me around.

I respect people and i try to put myself on their shoes mostly to try to understand them and their actions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I lived in Cambridge for a long time and i met and befriended with people from all over the world during that time. I like meeting, chatting, connecting with different people from different cultures hearing their story, learning about their life and experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent summers of my childhood with grannies in the Black Sea countryside; by beach, by valley and creeks, on mountains and woods. Climbed trees and enjoyed cherries, mulberries, cranberries from branches, harvest hazelnuts. Cows, chickens, fresh eggs. Stung by bees. Amazing times....
