The Amazing Thing that I've Done is trying lifting (Fitness bodybuilding)
First of all i started lifting for pleasure and i didn't care of acheive results but than after passing almost 3 years in this sport my ideas are completly changed cause my body is transformed and will be much better than before .Otherwise , i give up doing any thing unhealthy (like Smoking or drinking ...etc ) and i 've got positive mindset and my life is changed cause i transform to an ambitious person who want to achieve goals and dreams and that's all.
