I am Alex, 28, Dutch/Bulgarian, grew up in the Netherlands & UAE. Currently exploring my roots in Bulgaria as someone who grew up in diaspora. I am into many things but currently focused on herbalism, food sovereignty and agricultural politics, migration, somatics, and decolonising the mindbody.
