While I was traveling and working in the last couple of years I always had a scheduel to follow, a call to pick up or bills to pay but I always wanted to jump out to nowhere - I'm more likely the one that they push.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most unforgettable thing was to spend 11days in a silent vipassana meditation retreat in Wat Suan Mokkh (Thailand) what was a very intense mind and body cleansing. I'd warmly suggest for those who want to understand our emotions and how we can control them, to clean our body and soul and get rid of the addictions what find us hardly everywhere. Also 11 days without any words is a great way to get closer to yourself.
