Ey!! My name is María and I am a Spanish girl who is just about to start a new life in London =) I am 26 and I studied Architecture in Madrid, where I spent almost 8 years. After that I knew that I had to move on and I flew to Washington D.C. for the last summer, and now I am planning to start again in England.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet people all around the world, and London is the perfect city for that. Also, I am willing to be finally based in here and have the oportunity to travel myself =)

Interests

I like to explore new places. I also enjoy animals, movies, walks, vegetarian food, architecture, nature, beach, sun...

I find difficult to sum up my interests, because they are
constantly changing. Random examples:
- I've been learning to skate for years, so I suppose I should get a new pair of rollers to continue here!!
- Years ago I did horse riding in my hometown, but it seems hard to find a good-cheap place to do it in other cities.
- I love watching TV series (who don't?!)
- I absolutely love the beach, sun and warm weather! Why am I moving to London??... Thats a good question haha

Books:
I have enjoyed Harry Potter during my adolescense and I keep a special affection for the saga. I also liked A hundred years of solitude, Driving over lemons: An optimist in Andalucia, Life of Pi, The elegance of the hedgehog, The love in the time of cholera, Shadow of the Wind to give some examples.
