Watched a herd of 180 elephants playing on the banks of the Kwai River in the Okavango Delta.
Touched a wild leopard that had been sedated for medical help.
Seeing Machu Pichu fulfilled a lifelong dream.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my medical knowledge, insight into South African culture and our history, as well as my tips for the places that I have travelled to including and especially my own country. I can teach about my life philosophy called the 5F's, a few words in Afrikaans, Zulu or German and a couple of great core strengthening exercises.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Insight into South Africa and its history. Teach you all the wrong words in Afrikaans. Impress you with my pansula dance skills. Greet you in Zulu. Advise you on any physical therapy related issues. Cook a simple but delicious meal.
