Overview
About Me
First, shortly some facts about me: I am Jule, from Germany, living in Düsseldorf in a shared apartment, twenty-three years old. I studied business chemistry.
Honestly there were not that much time left for hobbies when I started studies, because it is really intensive. Actually I used to be really sporty and a long time I kept saying it but now I have admitted that my sporty me is gone. But I am still really interested in outdoor activities like hiking or running and I love skiing. Of course I love to have fun with friends. I always enjoy to meet them for some parties and go out for dancing (even if I am not good in dancing „grin“-Emoticon ) or just have a relaxed dinner with a good glass of wine or beer.
If it counts as hobby, I would say eating is one of mine, because I always get lucky while eating good food. I also like to cook and prepare food for others.
Another part of my interests is the work for AIESEC in Düsseldorf where I lead the Talentmanagement Team. So if there are any AISECErs out here let me know :)!! Additionally I love to get in contact with people of different countries and I think its always exiting to learn about other cultures and ways of life.
I would briefly summarize myself, as enthusiastic, open minded person who is always open for a good joke and hungry for new experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to be on Couchsurfing after I was hosted by a couple in Bulgaria who amazed me with their hospitality and their attitude to host travelers from all over the world without having any negative thoughts even if they know them just for 3 minutes. I wanna try to take their attitude as ideal for myself and want to offer travelers the opportunity to stay at my couch, too
Additionally I want get to more interesting international people, here about their story and learn from it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did an volunteering internship in Sofia at university and high school. I take part in a project through AIESEC what is called " Career Development" and I tried to have a positiv impact on the student there and helped them to develop there own dream by giving presentations and lectures about economic topics, leadership but also about my culture. I am the opinion that its import to get in contact with different culture to understand the world better, because than its more possible to help to make the world better.
Know I am traveling around beautiful Canada for 10 weeks and want to get to know as many locals as possible, hear about their stories and get to know their way of life.
