About Me

I grew up in Ferrol, a very small city in the galician west coast, but I moved to Santiago de Compostela when I started my medical career. After 4 years living there, I decided to apply for an Erasmus, so this year I'm living in the amazing Wroclaw, located in the south of Poland.

If I had to define myself in three words, I would say that I'm very curious (about everything), very open-minded and also very good friend (this is the most important thing I have in my life, my friends, and for sure my family too, so I'm always trying to do the best for them).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time in coachsurfing, and it's something that i would love to live, because it's a perfect way to meet new people, share experiences, learn new things... and specially because it allows you to visit a place not as a tourist but as a local, and for me that's the way you can enjoy a city the most!

Interests

Music is one of my passions, I'm always listening songs, singing, playing my lovely ukulele and trying to go to a lot of jam sessions, concerts and music festivals. Another one is dance: for four years I was taking lessons of ballet and flamenco in a dance school, but I had to leave it because my studies were keeping me very busy.

Other things that I really love are travelling (one of my dreams it's cross all South America, just with a bagpack) and the food (for me, one of the best pleasures in life).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love many kinds of music, but above all indie, rock and jazz. My favourite group is and will always be Queen, one of the bests in the music history, and I'm kind of in love with John Mayer (I can spend a entire day listening his songs again and again).

About books, I'm always reading something, it's one of my favourite pastimes. For example, the last book that I've read is "One hundred years of solitude", by Gabriel García Márquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My Erasmus year, it has changed my life completely.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know I'm very young, but I think I've lived many different things in my life, so I can share a lot of experiences with you and have a very good talk; I can also teach you something about spanish culture if you're interested on it, or prepared you a typical spanish dish (I'm an expert cooking "tortilla de patatas"!).
