Hi, I'm Anna from Germany, currently living and studying in beautiful Madrid. I find it very hard to describe myself in a few sentences and also I'd like to leave some secrets so I have something new to tell you once we meet. This I will say: I prefer a beer over a shot, the sea over the beach and a good laugh over a lesson learned. My room is a constant mess and I can get very passionate in debates.

I really enjoy the exchange with people, especially from different cultures, about anything, from the daily life, football or movies to politics, philosophy and the deeper meaning of life ;)

兴趣

Reading (!), playing the guitar and ukulele (with little talent but lots of passion), talking and arguing about politics, history, food, music... And I guess writing "traveling" now would be stressing the point a little, even though it's true.

Any tips for cool new music are more than welcome! I like the Alabama Shakes, Mumford and Sons, Peter Fox, Michael Kiwanuka, Annenmaykantereit, The Beatles, Jake Bugg, Calle 13, la vela puerca and many others. But my favorite will always be the one and only Tom Waits...
I enjoy reading more than anything! Some of my favorite authors are Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Eduardo Galeano, and Swetlana Alexijewitsch. If you start talking to me about books, it'll be a long night.
Movies...? There are simply too many great movies out there!!! Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Coen Brothers, and Tim Burton are always a good choice

Paddling on Titicaca Lake, watched the sunset over the Fitz Roy, released baby turtles into the sea in Costa Rica and watched the whole extended version LOTR trilogy in one awesome day
