Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Mads and I am twenty years old guy from Odense, Denmark. I'm currently on a working holiday in Canada and have been that in the previous three months. I have stayed at a couple of beautiful places in British Columbia so far, including Nelson, Pender Island and Malcolm Island, and I have got the sense of hospitality of Canadian people.
Before I travelled to Canada in June, I attended a so-called højskole in Jutland, Denmark, Silkeborg Højskole, where I have outdoor recreation as main subject. You could compare a Danish højskole to a "school of life", where you have the opportunity to explore your interests and be a part of a community that's much bigger than yourself.
I do not have any couchsurfing experience, but I am ready to tie new bonds and learn from others!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing, because I am traveling to Cananda in the summer and think couchsurfing is a great way to get to know new people and learn about the canadian culture!

Bushcraft, camping, music, art, sports in general (football, badminton, volley, running, etc), traveling (mainly been to european destinations, but also overseas destinations as Orlando).

Music, Movies, and Books
I especially like the film "Fightclub" - It is a apocalyptic wonder of a film with a lead role, Brad Pit, in his best years! In regards of music, I have penchant for indie rock as Arctic Monkeys (and Alex Turner's side project: "The Last Shadow Puppets"), Kasabian, The Libertines, etc. The best book I have ever read is Jakob Ejersbo's "Revolution".
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great company, good cooking skills (my speciality is an asian noodle dice - very tasty!) and high spirits!
