I am Navy Vet and College student, attending Wake Technical Community College for my Associates in Welding. I plan on using the knowledge of surface welding begin a career as a commercial/ saturation diver. I enjoy having conversations about and contemplating reality and the nature of existence, as well as politics, philosophy, science, conspiracy theories, and other "sophisticated" subjects.

I am vegan, so if I host you, be prepared to try some excellent vegan quizine, for I am a somewhat decent cook. No, I won't try to convert you but it's honestly the only food I can offer since it's all I eat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing primarily because you don't make new friends in hotels. 😁 I just enjoy talking a lot, it's always fun to hear stories, learn from people, and then take what they've done in their lives and use it to improve my own. It is beneficial for everyone to experience the life of others and that is what you get from Couch Surfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We traveled cross country for almost a month without paying for any amenities or accommodations.

I went two weeks without eating anything.

One time I stubbed my pinky toe and only cried for 5 minutes.

I am currently pursuing spiritual enlightenment which is technically an oxymoron.
