I am honest! I can offer a bed, a wardrobe, tea, beer, socket, LAN internet connection (no wifi :/), shared kitchen and bathroom and all the things that living in a student dormitory can give you! it is not a comfy hotel but I will try to improve the experience with cool conversations xD
