We are Adéla & Jakub, a happy couple in our thirties traveling with our little son. For us, traveling is about truly being alive — meeting people, sharing stories, and discovering local culture beyond tourist paths.
We divide our life between Prague and a small village near Šumava National Park, where nature is still wild. Family time and life–work balance matter deeply to us, which is why we love traveling slowly and meaningfully. We’re grateful to be part of the Couchsurfing community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling gives me the feeling of truly being alive, not just existing. I’m not interested in ticking off landmarks, but in meeting people, sharing conversations, and experiencing moments that can’t be planned.
We are a family with a young son, and we believe that traveling doesn’t end with having a child — it simply changes its rhythm and depth. We love discovering local culture through people, their homes, their stories, and everyday life.
