I am a 21 year old girl studying philosophy and health sciences in Amsterdam. Before I started my studies I travelled for four months through South East Asia and Central Asia, and I'm trying to plan a new gap year in the near future where I'll hopefully discover more of Central Asia.

I've been trying to find new ways to travel more environmentally friendly, so if you have any tips or experiences, please let me know! Right now I usually go hitchhiking with my boyfriend :)

I like practically anything... The Beatles are amazing, but so are the Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephant, Alt-J, The Black Keys, Coldplay, The Kooks, David Bowie, they're all great!

When I was in India, I had never seen streets so full and busy and chaotic as in Delhi. But I have never witnessed an accident, simply because whenever something went wrong, everyone got out of their vehicle to help. I thought this was amazing.

Also I have seen a wild peacock in a tree.
