I'm a 22 years old student, triying to be a scientific. I studied Biochemistry, but sometimes I like to get out of lab to see the sunshine! Now I'm finishing a Biotecnology Master and I hope to get a PhD offer soon, but that's not my priority at this moment. I have the need to experience and meet people around the world who want to share their way to see their country or city. And as many spanish people, I love to share a good conversation with friends while we have fun!

My friend Javier (also in couchsurfing) and I are planning to travel around Europe. We don't want to travel as common tourists, but as travelers, meeting people who share the same point of view in life, and to learn of other cultures. Couchsurfing allows this. Hotels, tours and guided visits don't let you dive into the city. Hoster brings the possibility to share your city experience.

I like doing sports. Recently I'm practising climbing. My family belongs to a small village in of Leon (Spain) sourrounded by mountains, so I usually spend part of my holidays trekking.
Otherwise I'm in love with gastronomy, so part of my traveller experiences will be tasting different traditional meals. Also I can teach you the most popular in Spain!

What I do mostly in my free time is reading. I prefer philosophical topic on books , with authors such as Ortega y Gasset, Nietzsche or Daniel Goleman, but I also appreciate narrative genre (One Hundred of Solitude or 1984).
About movies, The Lord of the Rings and The Dark Knight trilogy are films that you must see!
