I love travelling and experiencing the cultures of different countries as well as chatting with others, a glass of wine, the beach or any other beautiful landscape.
My mother encouraged my sisters and I to experience as much of the world and it's people as we could and to open our hearts and minds while learning and absorbing the beauty therein.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've spoken to many fellow hostel travellers who've experienced and enjoyed couch surfing. They have encouraged me to try it as a new and interesting experience to meet like minded people and get a better insight into the local culture.

Many and varied types of music from Eminem to classical - depending on the time and place.
I tend to read more than watching movies as I'm usually on a bus/shuttle/boat to somewhere new.
I've been given so many books on my kindle and am now discovering a whole new scope of writers. Fiction fantasy scifi historical and of course the classics.

I taught oral English in a remote area of China for three years.
In 1974 my first journey was from Kathmandu to London.
I skydived at 50 - tandem of course.
