I'm a violinist. I work in an orchestra and I love to play chamber music. I also collaborate with artistic/visual arts projects as a sound artist. I like to meet people and talk about interesting things. I like movies, theatre, visual arts, nature, animals, food and anything about cultural, artistic and social themes.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

It's my first time in Couchsurfing and I'm exited about it! I am interested in this traveler sharing thing, because I think it's a great way to really know the places you go, through the people. I'm going to travel to Berlin (august 20-27) and still planning where to go until september 2 (thinking of Dresden and Leipzig). I'm looking for people who can share some tips and hang out. I can bring some mexican food or drinks if you want! :)

I like to hear almost all kind of music. I hear a lot classical music obviously because my profession, my favorite period is 20th century and contemporary. But, I also love other genres. One of my favorite band is Blur, for example. Or Joy Division, The Clash, The Beatles, Le Tigre, Café Tacvba, The whitest boy alive, and a big etc. But I also love to hear traditional music all over the world. And I can hear the noisiest project with joy. And I can dance cumbias without problems.
I like living soaked in different sound possibilities because that's where it goes most of my time.

Movies: I'm ok with Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson and Lars von Trier movies. Other titles like The Tree of Life (Terrence Malick), El secreto de sus ojos (Juan José Campanella), Punch Drunk Love (Paul Thomas Anderson), Mary and Max (Adam Elliot), El séptimo sello (Ingmar Bergman), Nebraska (Alexander Payne), A Straight Story (David Lynch), etc.

Books: Milan Kundera, José Saramago, José Emilio Pacheco, José Revueltas, Jorge Ibarguengoitia, Augusto Monterroso, Oliverio Girondo.
