My name is Ana, but my friends call me Anuki :) I am 26 years old and I was born in Posadas, in Misiones Province, located at Argentina’s North. I will try to describe myself in a few simple words, here I go! I consider myself a joyful and sociable girl, a little bit restless and always curious. I like nature very much and I enjoy being outdoors, playing with children and relating with animals (I love pets!).
I like team sports, I’ve played basketball since I was a little girl, and I enjoy it very much. I am a dreamy person, I always want to learn new things, surpass myself and achieve all my goals!

I have lived in Misiones the most part of my life, a beautiful province with wonderful landscapes, big jungles and rivers, even waterfalls! (Have you ever heard about Iguazú Falls?) There I learnt to live and love nature. When I was 18, I moved to La Plata, in Buenos Aires province because I wanted to study Civil and Hydraulic Engineering at the University.
A few months ago I graduated from both carrers and then I started working in a construction company. Even though I enjoyed my quiet life, I decided it was time for me to leave my routine, cut all my bonds loose and go out to the world! Right now all I want is get out of my comfort zone, share with other cultures and get to know myself!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am convinced that the world is full of good, kind and solidary people. Couchsurfing is, from my point fo view, a really good way of learning about other cultures and to show my own to others; discover different ways of seeing the world and living in it, are for me the best ways of learning and growing up.

Interests

As I said I am a bit restless, I love being outside in the nature, walking, exploring, enjoying what the World has to offer to us! I love sports, so I will always be in the mood for playing a basquetball game, football, volleyball... Even though I may not know the rules or not even be slightly good at it, it is just for fun! I love talking, I am a talk talk talk person (really, I warn you :P )I will be interested in listening to you, learning about your life and your lifestory, as long as you're an open-minded person (I don't like prejudices). Also, I am a person that likes to do stuff, so I will be glad to join you in any activity you propose!
