Hi there, my name is Michal or you can call me Michael :)

I was born in Slovakia in a very small city called Sobrance close to Košice second biggest city in a country after Bratislava.

I attendend secondary school of business academy in my city and after four years of sucessfull study I moved to University where i´ve studied massmedia communication which i ended with a Master´s degree.

After study I´ve lived in London for nearly 3 years and it was the great experience for my personal growth and I could meet and know people from all around the world.
During the life in London I´ve visited USA for twice, once I lived in Florida and second time in California.
Then I realised that i want to leave London so I´ve decided to quit with the job and come back home. I wanted to stay in Slovakia for a while, enjoy my time with the family, friends, travel a lot and then I went to Prague.
So i´m the person who like travelling, get to know a variety of cultures, religion see a lot of breathtaking places and understand customs and tradicions of people from the entire world.
I´m also extremely friendly person, who is never bored and I have a lots of fun in my life. I´m very communicative so most of the time I talk too much :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because i want get to know a people from a different cultures, visit places I´ve never been to and this is the best way how to achieve this and in return to offer the same....

Interests

I like sports in general, mainly the football cause I used to play football on professional level for nearly 8 years but i also played volleyball, basketball for a while, table tennis and from the winter sports hockey and skiing the most. I love summer time so at this time or before that time i´m running, swimming and do the work out.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all styles of music but mostly the tech house music, pop songs, oldies and so many others....to be honest i don´t read that much books but I´m very interested in movies I´m passionate about them. I like Steven Spielberg filmography and some of it´s movies like Jaws, E. T., Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan, A. I. Artifical Intelligence, Munich....Also the titles as a Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, Forrest Gump, One Flew Over the Cuckoo´s Nest, Memento, Se7en, Psycho, A Clockwork Orange, The Departed, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Mulholland Dr. and lots of classic movies and masterpieces.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I´ve been to Florida last year I´ve tried skydiving in Orlando for the first time in my life and I can say that it was a lifetime experience for me. I always wanted to do it even if i have a fear of heights but it was worth it. I believed i can fly :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I will be the best tourist guide who can show you except the most seeing places in Prague those who are not in a guideline and they are also very interesting
I can teach you some words from the Slovak and Czech language if you´ll be villing to, tell you about our history and whatever you ask me
I´ll share with you my daily routine, interests, hobbys, my friends and something about my culture and habbits
I also make you a typical and tradditional meal from our countries, so you will try maybe something new you´ve never tried before

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with you my flat of course, introduce you to my friends from several parts of our country and my free time spend with you
I´m very friendly person a full of optimism and I always have a very good mood, you will never get bored in my society, I like fun so much and i have a very high sence of humour so I´m pretty sure that you´ll enjoy your trip in here ;)
