Overview
About Me
I'm a Brazilian journalist living in Ireland since November 2015. I studied English in Limerick (Co. Limerick) for six months and now I'm working as an au pair in Dún Laoghaire (Co. Dublin).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I finished a General English Course at Limerick Language Centre last May in the advanced level class and really love learning new languages and cultures. That is why I came to Ireland, and also the reason why I believe Couchsurfing can be a great way to meet new people.
Interests
In Brazil, I used to live with my parents, my brother, my grandmother and our six dogs. I love spending time with my family, our pets and my friends. I am interested in traveling, reading, writing and taking pictures as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have published a book called “Sheepish: Theatre in Joinville (which is my my hometown) during the Military Dictatorship”. I would love to write another book, perhaps this time about my experience in Ireland.
Teach, Learn, Share
I hold a degree in Journalism and for several years I have been writing articles, managing and updating websites and interviewing people. I have had the experience of dealing with national and international customers and it has been very rewarding. Furthermore, in the future, I would like to have a master degree and become a professor in college.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I consider myself very responsible, communicative and organized. Also, everybody says that I am a lovely, funny, happy, friendly, reliable and kind young woman. I hope to make new friends and visit exciting places.
