About Me

Hello, my Name is Dusten Clark. I Just want to see as much of the world as possible! I believe in doing things outside of your comfort zones. Enduring difficult, uncomfortable situations makes me a stronger, resilient, experienced person. I am currently (as of July 2nd 2018) on an epic mission to hitchhike from Paris to China. Thanks to everyone who has helped me in anyway along my journey! I grew up and currently live in Denver, Colorado in the United States of America. Back home I work as a medical courier, and am going to school for paramedicine. However, my real passion is travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why pay for overpriced accomadation that secludes you from the people and place you came to see? I recently completed my life long dream of hitchhiking/autostop from Scotland to Istanbul, Turkey and beyond(June-October 2016) I stayed with locals all all the way and really enjoyed the friendships I have made (mostly quincidently through catching rides) They taught me about the history of their country, their people, how they live, and what they eat. I met many by chance, and some from hitchhiking. I now plan to take advantage of this amazing community to meet even more people!

Interests

I'm open minded and have many interests. I can't get enough of the wilderness, hiking, camping, and nature in general. I appreciate art, and am a decent scribbler. Give me a can of spray paint and a wall, I will be like a kid on Christmas morning :). I love animals too, a nice street dog or cat never failed to improve a bad mood. I also am interested in learning a new language (Spanish). Back home I love riding motorbikes, Hiking, Cliff Jumping, Working out, and staying healthy and active.
