I just joined and I am looking for a place to stay in Oslo this summer:)
But i am definitely planning on being a host myself soon, i would love to meet some travelers and show them around in Berne:)
I think spending time with locals makes your stay in a country much more authentic and its the perfect way to get to know a new city.
