I lived a long and interesting life, I love to laugh and therefore I have a good humor, I love people and so I like to speak and organize good things going on, I like music and dancing and singing
And I spend some times with doing yoga and meditation and Qigong, I learned Zen-Shiatsu 5 years ago and often go to different workshops to learn more about it. Shiatsu makes you happy. Try it!
