Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Bo from Seoul, South Korea. I recently left my job to take a long trip across Europe — mainly France and Scotland — and explore more of this beautiful world.
FYI: I don’t smoke, and I’m naturally very clean and organized. I always make sure to leave the space as tidy and clean as when I arrived — or even better! I truly respect the home and the effort that hosts put into welcoming guests. 🌸
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’ll be attending a perfume summer school in Grasse, France — perfume making is one of my passions! I’m also planning to visit whisky distilleries in Scotland, as I’m a big whisky fan. Along the way, I hope to explore many other beautiful cities and towns in Europe.
Please Read Before Sending a Request:
I’m here on Couchsurfing to connect with respectful people and to enjoy cultural exchange. I’m only looking for genuine friendship — nothing more. If you’re hoping for anything sexual or romantic, please do not send me a request.
Couchsurfing is not Tinder, and I am not interested in using this platform as a dating app. I kindly ask that those who use CS with such intentions hit the back button and move on.
I believe in creating safe and meaningful travel experiences, where we both learn from each other and share stories, perspectives, or meals. If you feel the same, I’d be happy to meet you.
Let’s keep CS a respectful and welcoming community. 🌍

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’m a huge travel lover (I’ve visited over 20 countries so far!) and always excited to meet new people and experience local life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Korean, share Korean culture, and give tips on how to host on Airbnb. I’d also love to learn about your local culture and language! And of course — I can make cocktails for you if you’d like!
What I Can Share with Hosts
💬 Your Korean Teacher
I’m fluent in English and, of course, Korean. If you’d like, I can teach you some Korean and share more about Korean culture. And if you’re curious about Asian culture in general, I’d love to exchange ideas! Also — if you ever visit Korea, I’d be happy to be your guide and local friend. You’re even welcome to stay at my place when you come!
🏠 Airbnb Hosting Tips
I currently operate an Airbnb in Korea. If you’ve ever thought about listing your own space or have questions about how Airbnb works, I’d be happy to share my experience and even help you set it up!
🍸 Cocktails & Bartending
I hold a bartending certificate (as a hobby), and I really enjoy making cocktails or highballs with good local spirits. If we meet, I’d love to make you a drink and share a nice conversation!
