I am curious and open-minded finnish student, who loves to travel and meet new people and explore different cultures. I fall in love with other places, countries, cultures and moments pretty easily and I try to look at the brighter side of things. I really enjoy being in nature and natural sights are usually the most breathtaking ones. I also like to explore cities, and experience the life of the local people living in there. These two things I try to combine in my travels.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I have couchsurfed already couple of times and they have been so fun experiences with great people, new sights, special moments and spontanious situations. I truly find it one of the best ways to get to know different cultures and people. I love to exchange knowledge about different cultures and really see the local way of life. I didn't have my own courchsurfing account then, so I am just starting here, hopefully it's okay.

Musica, film e libri

I like many kinds of music depending on my mood I guess. I love jazz, soul and blues, indie and alternative pop/rock, movie soundtracks, music from the 60's... Some of my favourite artists/bands are Emeli Sandé, Mumford& Sons, Pariisin kevät, Coldplay, James Bay, Young the Giant, KONGOS, The Beatles, Florence + The Maschine etc... I also really enjoy listening to live music, acoustic music, smaller bands, groups and artists who just play for fun.

I enjoy reading a good book, I love poems and interesting lyrics. But in this area I don't have a specific genre, I just simply enjoy words.
I also watch a lot of movies, but these I choose depending on my mood.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Climing up to Mount Batur, active volcano in Bali, in the middle of the night to see the sunrise from the top of the mountain. The climb was so hard but the view from the top was one of the best I have ever seen. Breathtaking.
