我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'd like to travel alone but I don't want to return home without making friends with someone living in the area I'm going to visit and couchsurfing seems like a great way to socialize. Rather than a way to cut travelling costs, I'd like to use this service as a way to get to know new people in the cities I'm visiting and if possible to experience the city together with them.

Music: I can listen to anything that sounds good to my ear but I generally tend to listen to these genres; indie, alternative, musical theatre and instrumental

Movies: Tim Burton movies, Ghibli movies, disney and disney pixar movies, and as genres i really like horror, sci-fi, fantasy and romantic comedies

Books: Light novels, fiction with dark settings like the works of edgar allen poe, ray bradbury and h.p lovecraft or slightly childish, peculiar works like some of Neil Gaiman's stuff

I'd love to learn more about the ways of the city I'm travelling to, and also new languages. Learning new, different skills would also be tremendous. I'm very open to sharing as much information about my country as I can although I advise you to not expect much as I'm not a very traditional turkish bloke :') I can try to teach you some turkish, drawing, turkish cuisine or I could inform you on the behind the scenes of animated works as much as I can...

I can bring some traditional food or small items from my country. I could also try to cook turkish meals for you although I'm a mediocre cook at best. I can do the grocery shopping for the nights I'll be eating at your home. And I would love to share some outdoor experiences in the city with you!
