Hi! I'm a Bioinformatics student in Olomouc. My interests are kinda contradictory - either I'm locked up at home with a good book, movie or a game, or I'm out there running, urbexing, swimming and travelling.

I also love to meet new people from all parts of the world and listen to their stories and narrative of history in their country.

A special interest of mine is sailing. Once every two years, I spend my summer vacation by sailing with a group of friends. It's an amazing (even though sometimes not very comfortable) experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with adventurous heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend, a long-time couchsurfer, once told me about her experiences with couchsurfing and I was impressed. I decided that I want to experience foreing countries more deeply than as a recreational tourist, and couchsurfing seems like a great method to better experience and understand the country I'm visiting.
