Hi, my name is Vasco and I'm a graphic designer currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. Graphic Design is my work and passion but not my only one, I also love travelling, music is always around me and photography is my hobby (who knows it can be my full time job one day).

Recently I found a new form of travelling, not the tourist type but traveller. I find very interesting being able to get involved with the community in a more intense level, and be able to be a part of it, not just a tourist in a city that's not mine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to CS by my girlfriend which is a traveller and I really fell in love with the concept of being able to go to a new city and be hosted by a local, share experiences, talk, and have a good time.

I'm currently not hosting because I don't have much experience couchsurfing but is something I'm looking forward to do when I know what it takes to be a good host.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of my favourite movies are, "The Jungle Book", "Star wars", "The hundred foot journey" and many more..

Music is one of my passions, I like music in general, not a specific gender because music is all about sound, noises, and rhythm, not labels. I like any music that is able to make my feet tap and makes me wanna dance.

I'm not a reading type of guy.. I read a lot, just not books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm fortunate enough to say that I've done a lot of amazing things in my life, simple, but amazing. It would be very restrictive to reduce it to just one or two events.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a good cook, I can try to cook something traditional from portugal.

My brain is always buzzing with ideias, I'm a creative by profession, and experienced in bringing brands to life, if you need any kind of help in that field (and others) I'm always wiling to try and help.

I'm a good talker in general and I would love to share experiences, perpectives, talk about every kind of subject (at least try), maybe with a glass of wine in the mix (sorry I'm Portuguese, we like our wine very much :p) or any kind of local beverage.
