I am a college student in my last year of study and my major is Finance. I love to read (currently working through my list of over 100 literally classics). Another bucket list item is watching every movie that has won an Academy Award for Best Picture (I have seen about 30 out of the 80 or so). I support myself through my work as a waitress and can carry three glasses in one hand while also balancing three hot plates of food in my arms. I snort when I laugh and my default face is a Mona Lisa smile because I'm almost always thinking happy thoughts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best part of traveling is meeting people. You can never fully experience a place until you know the people who make it what it is. Couch surfing would allow me to be more immersed in other cultures. Also, its a great opportunity to share our lives and for both people to learn about how the other lives and consider other possibilities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love country music (Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and Blake Shelton especially). If I'm doing karaoke though, I put my soul into Shania Twain's song 'Man I Feel Like a Woman.'

I've read ever Jane Austen novel but also every Nicholas Sparks book...and every Harry Potter book at least 3 times. My favorite if I had to choose would be Pride and Prejudice.

I'm a hopeless romantic so my favorite movies go along the same genre. I have seen Ever After (the Cinderella story starring Drew Barrymore) over 30 times and would happily watch it 100 more times.
