Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

☆ First; I'd rather like to put my money to live experiences rather than for "functionnal thing"? I only need the essential, especially to sleep.

☆ Second; the sens of solidarity fits with my values and I like the principle(?) of exchange that couchsurfing promotes. Exchange skills, knowledge, conversation, good laughs, etc...

☆ Third; Go to people's place or receive them allows you for sure to break out of the routine and monotony

☆ Fourth; I like my travels to be less touristic as possible or to at least balance or "nuanced" it??  don't know if I'm clear ahah, but let's hope yes.

☆ Last but not least; I like to meet new people, discover a new culture (music, food, perspective, values, way of life, ETC). To refer to the last point, I think that the best "guides" are the locals themselves (the one who wants you to experience the best of their country/city and culture no matter if any money is involved). Locals knows the nice spots (food, activities, place...) lonely planet, routard and other guides may not know and they can make an "ordinary" thing/spot amazing just by experiencing it with you. The "tour" will be memorable, authentic, unique and personalized, what's better? Oh yeah: you might even extend the connexion to a long term friendship!! But still a temporary connexion is also very special and beautiful to me. Especially considering that 2 persons from different cultures (and background) can connect in sush a way and so fast sometimes!

I LOVE to learn new thing! Even better if the learning can be an exchange/mutual, but I don't have much to teach 😅? I can teach french and show you some cool french canadian music eheh 🤙.

I'm all in to learn :
- new language (especially spanish)
- new sounds/music, movies, ...!!
- meal cooking (no skills at the moment)
- new ways to see/do thing (I like comparing and reconsidering things! 🙃)
- manual/technical things such as cubing/building something, take care of...plants, animals, other??, ETC
