A short summery about my past.

When i was 15 years old I started my 3 years apprenticeship to become a qualified chef. After that i served 5 months in the Swiss army, because it is compulsory. Right after that i went to Sydney, because i wanted to improve my english and have a cap from everything. I met amazing people and it was a great time.

I started working in August 2016 for 1 Year in a 5 Star Hotel, which is specialist in Italian food. During that time i could save money, that i can go travelling again. So i flew to Indonesia and stayed until mid october, unfortunately i got sick and had to fly back home.
After 2 months I started my Asia trip agian and flew on 9. Decembern 2017 to the Philippines.

One of the main reason why i go travelling is, because i want to learn more about other cultres and i love to cook and eat new dishes.
However i also like to talk to locals and share experiences.

I'm here because i like to hear other peoples travel and food story. Where did you have your best meal or which is your favourite cuisine and why.
Because I'm a chef i love to cook and eat new dishes, but nobody can teach their famous dishes better than a local.

When i was studying english in Sydney i met many asians, so i try to visit them now and see how they live. However I'm also interstes how other people live and expirience their culutre.

My best time was, when i was studying english in Sydney for 5 month and traveled the east coast for 1 month.

Now im on my trip through asia until October 2018.
