Life is a long journey and seems like there is way too little time for everything, I feel like I have been through a lot, gained knowledge and perspective but yet I am staggered by the amount of things that there are still to learn and experience. The modern day we live in is not an easy place, there is so much information, so much noise, so many things that are out there that discourage us from living the lives that we want to lead, so many things that are meant to scare us and render us fear ridden and helpless. We have to learn to take a few moments for ourselves, just to take a breath, to notice your step and the actual things that surround us here and now and not all the gunk that swims around in our head. If we can learn to have present moments and live in the present, then our lives would be a million times more fulfilling and wonderful all of our experiences would be that much more tasteful and amazing
