Hi!
I am a Dutch girl and I am living in the lovely city Utrecht now for more then 6 years. This year I will finishing my study while I am already working as a teacher on a high school.
I love to create social events where people can meet and have a good time. That's why I also try to have lively moments with my students, where everyone in the classroom can inspire each other.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My brother traveled for a 2,5 years and used this site to meet people all over the world. When he came back to the Netherlands he stayed in my place for some months and invited a lot of couchsurfers to give also other people the opportunity to meet people during there travel.
And now I want to continue this way of meeting people and hosting travelers.

I am listening to al kind of music, but reggae can make happy and relaxed. Movies are not really my thing, but I can loose myself in a good book.
This summer I red two books about the life of a old man and there way of looking to the world, very funny and interesting. I don't love only books about modern times, I also like historical romans.

I like a good conversation about what moves people, what can lead to a good discussions about philosophic or politics.
Some of mine friends compare my house with a vacation-house, because of it looks and the calm atmosphere we have created in the house. So you can have some relax moments here and enjoy our lovely house.

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

I am sharing my house with two other girls and we all have our own bedroom. For our couchsurfer(s) we have a small bedroom (2,5m x 2,5m) with a window and a door. You can use a matras and if you need more, you can ask.
The living-place and kitchen is the place we meet and is free to use. If the weather is good, we can even sit outside in the garden and enjoy a nice campfire. The atmosphere is very relaxing and beside the housekeeping we don't have expectations to each other.
The time/energie I can offer depends on my work and social plans on that moment. Let me know if you are in for more than only pass the night(s).
