I am a 19-year-old Dutch French girl that studies Hospitality Management in The Hague, The Netherlands. I have lived in Colorado Springs, CO, USA, for the past half a year as for my internship where I worked in a hotel. Before I go back to Europe I am trying to visit the states as much as I can, including Chicago, DC and New York, where my plane will be departing from. I love to travel and meet new people from different cultures, I also believe that the best way to learn another culture is through food. I love cooking and eating nice meals combined with a nice glass of wine or beer. Going out with friends and enjoying cities at night are really things that I love doing, even though my age does not really allow me to do so in the USA :p. I like to stay active by doing Horseback riding, yoga, hiking and running.

Like I mentioned I love meeting new people. Being on Couchsurfing will allow me to do so, but also to experience a city in a totally different way than you normally would as a tourist.

I would love to teach others more about my cultures and the differences between our culture. I would love to learn more about how it is like to live in the place I live in and learn what the differences are.

I can share some of my, hopefully nice, cooking skills in which I can teach them a little bit about my cultures. Showing them my favorite places in the world to help them finding new places to travel to and of course I nice home in The Netherlands and France.
