About Me

I'm from Costa Rica, were I grew up. I was in a french school so that's why I recently moved to Paris. I'm at Panthéon Sorbonne University to get a double bachelor in Geography and Economy.

People who know me always say I'm a super happy person, who's always with the big smile and the good vibes (and that I loooove to talk). I really like to meet new people, and cultures, I believe everyone can teach you something and everyone has something amazing to share.

I love dogs, and I miss mine sooooo much, so if you have one, it will make me really happy haha (but if you don't I'll be happy too).

Pura Vida :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe Couchsurfing is great for people like me, who love long talks, meeting new people, learning about others, having friends all around the world.

I haven't travel a lot (hopefully this will soon change haha) but everytime I've done it, I've stayed at someone's place and it's made my experiences amazing. You get to really know the country, the city, the people, the culture, everything. It also gives you more than just the souvenirs you can get at the stores, but you get new friends and the hope that someday you'll see them again.

**I'm not accepting guests because I live in a student dorm in Paris, so I'm not allowed to do that.

Music, Movies, and Books

***Currently obsessed with La Bicicleta***

Since I moved to Paris I'm always listening to latin music because it makes me feel a little more like at home. However, i like to listen to almost everything (still getting used to the french rap haha).

Last book I read: Amerigo Vespucci, Stefan Zweig (you should read it)
Favorite book: Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen
Favorite play: Le mariage de Figaro, Beaumarchais

I can watch the same move a thousand times, I swear. And I love Game of Thrones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm only 18 and I left all my family and friends in Costa Rica to come here to Paris and accomplish my dreams.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Spanish and French. And I can teach you how to dance salsa, bachata, merengue, swing criollo costarricense, bolero and bolero son. :) #Latinoamerica

Also, since I moved to France I've improved my culinarily skills, so I can prepare you one of my "I'm trying not to gain so much weight but I'm a student in Paris so I have no time or money to eat healthy" recipes hahaha

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you ever come to Paris, I'll be glad to show you this beautiful city. And if you ever go to Costa Rica and I'm not there, I'm sure my friends and family will be glad to meet you, discover my amazing country and take you discover the Pura Vida way of living :)
