Hi Couchsurfers!

So, basically my name is João, and I'm a 23 y/o guy from Portugal.

About my personality I consider myself a funny guy, very cheered up, with a good sense of humor. I love to meet new people from all over the world and spend time talking with them to get to know with new cultures and traditions.

I love to travel and have the desire to travel all over the world as much as I can. So far I've been traveling solo, it's awesome to get to know yourself better and stuff but I would be glad to go duo traveling in the future :).

I listen to almost all kinds of music, love watching series, coffee and pets :) . Also like sports, specially football (or soccer. Yes, I'm looking at you Americans! :D ). Like hiking as well.

Like to read once in a while even though I don't do it very often :/

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to CS but as I mentioned above, I love to meet new people and travel a lot.

Learning about other people's habits and culture fascinates me.

Would love to travel through all the continents and meet people throughout the journeys :D. I believe its best to interact with locals and live with them, in order to get a bit of the taste of their lives.

Hopefully I'll get to meet wonderful people who share the same passion as me!

I can teach Portuguese and English, some traditions in Portugal and a bit of our culture.
Would like to learn a bit of your language, your culture, to cook some of your traditional meals and other cool stuff you may want to teach me. :p
Can share funny stories and some laughs and a lot of fun moments.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help with house keeping tasks, tell funny stories, jokes, teach a bit of Portuguese and then I can wash the dishes hehe :)

I can also offer nice conversations about like ... anything (i love to talk! ).

And I heard I'm very good at Karaoke (... or not :P) after a dozen beers or so.
