My name is Pablo, I was born in Merida, Yucatan (southeast mexico). I currently live in Mexico City and I'm majoring in Economics and Computer Science. I'm Vegan. My native language is spanish but I'm also perfectly fluent in english. I've been all over the south of Mexico (Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche, Tabasco, Chiapas and Veracruz), I've visited Florida when I was a kid, I spend a summer with my parents in Boston where they lived for 10 years and New York. I spend a summer in Quebec City learning quebecois. I spend a year in Vancouver and visited Seattle. I enjoy all sports! Rugby, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, basketball, swimming, you name it. (even though I'm not very good at them) . I'm very open minded

Interests

Even though I study Economics and Computer Science and I'm very interested in politics and technology. I'm also deeply interested in arts in general, both my parents are architects so I have a deep appreciation for architecture and art in general, I really enjoy writing poems and fictional novels. I also really like performing in plays. I also want to learn as much languages as I can, I already know spanish, english and quebecois (my quebecois is pretty rusty though), so I would love it if you could teach me at least a couple of phrases in your language (I'm a fast learner).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very passionate about music, movies and books. I like all kinds of music, except Banda music (a genre from Northen Mexico). In highschool I played the drums in a band, but now I'm learning how to play the guitar but what I really like the most is writing my own lyrics for a song or poems. I love movies, at somepoint when I was 17 I decided that I wanted to become an actor for the theater, I was good but I realized that I had other passions that I also wanted to pursuit. I believe reading is super important and everyone should do it, I like reading fiction like Narnia or Moby Dick, dystopias like The Giver, Brave New World or 1984. But I also really like non fictional of all kinds.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach spanish and how to cook mexican food, vegan food and mexican vegan food :D . I want to learn as much as I can from the country I visit; history, the language, the culture or anything else. I'm super knowledge hungry, please feed me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share very intelligent conversations, since I was 10 I've always loved talking to people about very serious stuff like local and international politics, war, global warming, religion, philosophy, technology, nature, economics and more.
