Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because hostels can get f**ing expensive and travelling should not be a privilegue of the rich. Because I love meeting new people. Because sharing a home with a local is much more interesting than some boring hotel.

I've travelled a lot in my mum's Homes On Wheeles (usually some old big-ass cars she turned into caravans by herself) and I've never really liked the idea of the typical tourist experience - sadly, I don't have a driver's licence, but I still don't want to spend my vacation in a hotel. On the other hand, I'd be more than glad to offer my own home as a haven for guests :)
