Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like that you don't only visit a place but you also meet locals who know the place best. It's a completely different way of travelling. You visit a stranger and often leave a friend after a few days.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many kinds of music from classical, opera and choir music to Folk (like Mumford & Sons) and Evanescence. Not a big fan of metal, though.
I like to read fiction and non-fiction. Some impressive books include "The organized mind" (Levitin), "Ausgebrannt" (Eschbach), Cupido trilogy (Flynn) and the Pianist.
