Well, how to describe oneself here... I am basically a country-side boy from Northern Germany who studied Biology and Biochemistry here and there. For now, I ended up in Copenhagen working on my PhD.

My (foolishly) grand goal is to make production of food-ingredients more sustainable. Currently, the research focus is on the biochemistry of Cannabis. More specifically: I want to find the last enzyme in the production chain of cannabinoids. Super geeky, but I love it :)

I am gay and like to be social with people from different backgrounds and share their experiences. I feel like there are still tons of experiences I have to make. So I like to get to know other people and hear what they think about climate change, politics and being gay in their place. But don't worry, I also love to be just silly and fool around with people.

I've become really engaged Acroyogi. Acroyoga combines partner acrobatics and yoga and is just incredible fun and easy to try out. I would love to bring some Acroyoga into your life, if you decide to host me one day :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Everybody wants to see the "real" version of the places they visit. I think, one can only visit "for real" by meeting people that actually live there. Obviously, I get to meet them when I'm couchsurfing. In my work I get around a litte and I hope to make these trips more worthwhile :)
