Hi, everyone!!!
My name is Seongmin Lee.
I am 21 years old, and 175cm(5.74 ft) tall.
I was born and raised in Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
After getting my miltary service finished, I am a traveler.
What I love the most is to watch soccer games and baseball games.
I also love listening to music, singing a song, dancing, walking, meeting new people, and -of course- traveling.
In August, 2016, I finished my military service as a police officer at Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul, South Korea.
I'd like to be a police officer in the future.
But, I don't know if my dream will change after having many different experiences through traveling. :)
I have never been abroad, so this is my first trip to another country.
I have taken an airplane for doemstic travel to an island named Jeju island.
That's why I am so excited and fascinated by planning this whole trip to Europe.
I can't wait to meet many different people, to talk to them, and to get to know thier cultures.
I'm not a good English speaker, but I will try my best to communicate with them with gestures and translating phone apps.
I truly hope this trip will be an unforgettable experience in my whole lifetime.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was planning this trip with my friend who travels with me,
we just realized we didn't have enough money to book the hotels rooms which are very costly.
So, we surfed the internet and found Couchserfing,
and this website looks satisfying for travelers with small amount of money, like us.
While staying in the local people's house,
we thought we can talk to the hosts, which also contributes to cultural exchange.
We can have local foods that the hosts made, and we can also make my local food for them.
This will be a great opportunity for me to learn their culture.
I also love to meet new people, and Couchserfing will let me have a chance for that.
