OK. I'm obviously not young anymore and I'm not a real traveler, but I'm young at heart and love to travel in my imagination.
In 1999 I left the Netherlands and, yes, I then traveled two years, ... through Portugal. In fact I fell in love with this beautiful country and I am still!

In time before I left the Netherlands, I made autonomous work, has developed several projects had exhibitions nationally and internationally and was active in the artistic movement.

Together with my friend, I have a house (off the grid) built on a mountainside in Portugal. Where before were only a few small fields is now a beautiful garden.

I love animals, so I've two dogs, two cats and some chickens.
I live alone now and because the country life brings a lot of work (everything needs maintenance) I became a host by Workaway. http://www.workaway.info/958795216816-en.html Which brings me the pleasure I also do needed, because I'm a social person as well.
At the other hand ...; There is no space for my artistic life.

Since I live in the Portuguese countryside, I also really miss the cultural life.
Everything is good, but I wish a change before I'm old and tired.
