About Me
Hey there,
My name is Gergő. I’m back on Couchsurfing after more than three years, but let's not start an AA meeting! :D
I turned 28 this year, which means I'm getting closer to hitting that big 30. Honestly, I’m not quite sure how I feel about it yet.
I have a degree in social pedagogy, but I ended up working for an international company. I guess that's just how life goes sometimes—selling your soul to pay off loans! :D
I've always been fascinated by Couchsurfing, and I first tried it in 2019. Since then, I’ve done some traveling and hosted a few people at my home.
I’m still in the process of defining myself and discovering my path in life. Let's see where it leads me!
I usually respond here promptly, but if I don’t reply within three days, there might be an issue with the website. In that case, feel free to reach out to me on Instagram; my username is farkaskalandok.
Please note, that Couchsurfing is not just a platform for free accommodation to me. I’m happy to host guests as a way of giving back to the community, but that doesn’t mean I’ll accept every request I receive.
The reason is simple: I only host people when I have enough time to do so.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing:
- To meet new people
- To discover new places with local insights and learn more about those locations and their inhabitants
- To show my city from my own perspective to others

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet with some new people.
To discover new places with local help and learn more about those places and people.
To show my city in the way I see it to others.
