Hey I am Matt,

currently I study Civil Engineering in Münster, Germany and live together with two friends from High School and a student from abroad in a WG.
Until then I had been a volunteer in a primary school in Matagalpa, Nicaragua for one year. I teached sports and English. It was awesome meeting up with my pupils in school every day! It was a great experience!!

In December and January I left Nicaragua for a trip to Costa Rica, Republica Dominicana, Guatemala, Belice and México.

After my graduation from high school I wanted to get to know a new culture and cheerful people and it came true.

In July I will start my semester abroad in Santiago de Chile at the USACH.

I don't want to rent randomly any flat from Germany but I want to get to know some bacán Chilenos, who are keen to show me around in this beautiful city!! So I thought Couchsurfing is just the right thing!

In South America I found Couchsurfing and made great experiences so far. I really like the conecpt of this platform. It's the best way to get to know new people and even a better one to deeply experience awesome places around the world and the other way around, to show you my home sweet home.
