Overview
About Me
A 27-year-old guy trying to find his place in the world while fighting the inevitable adult life. I'm a laid back fellow who wants to experience the world at a chill pace while making new friends and contacts all around. Currently I'm working in one of Finland's leading staffing services, VMP.
I'm usually busy during the day time due to work but I'm more than happy to give you advice regarding what to do around here in Turku. During the evenings I can hang out with you and maybe show you around if you're interested. I've had some wonderful experiences with cooking with people from different places and that's something I want to keep on doing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've done quite a lot of traveling, mostly in Europe, Asia and USA, and I've primarily used other methods of accommodation like airbnb and hostels but I figured I'd give couchsurfing a try since many of my friends have recommended it highly.
I had my first Couchsurfing experiences on my trip in the United States and I decided to go and try hosting people myself!
I've arrived in a city by bus with no place to stay, only to find a great CS host who made my stay better that I could have ever imagined, so now is my chance to try and do the same for my fellow travelers :) If you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, go ahead and give me a message so I can see if I can help you out!

Music, Movies, and Books
Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged is definitely one of the most impressive works of literature I've ever come across. I also love detective/action-oriented books as well as fantasy. Lee Child writes very captivating stories while George R. R. Martin has enchanted me with very descriptive writing style and diverse usage of the English language.
Like everybody else, I've also watched numerous TV shows and movies. I really enjoy video and board games!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Two of my longest trips so far; student exchange in Seoul, South Korea and a backbagging trip throughout the United States, where I also had my first Couchsurfing experiences!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the ancient secret of the full Finnish breakfast, only known to a handful of people!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm always willing to share any stories and experiences from my travels, as well as anything about the Finnish culture should they be interested. I'm also happy to offer any help they might need if I happen to find it within my skill set :)
